The units recalled were manufactured between 2000 and 2009 by Child Craft, Delta Enterprise Corp., Evenflo, Jardine Enterprises, Million Dollar Baby, and Simmons Juvenile Products. According to Inez Tenenbaum, CPSC Chairman, the CPSC is dedicated to looking into any possible sources of danger in cribs.

The CPSC is continuing its efforts into checking cribs by other manufacturers for any hazards. It is also looking into a new safety standard for cribs, which is set to be completed this year.
